REFUND POLICY

Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions. Once a monthly membership payment has been processed, it is nonrefundable.

Annual & Lifetime Memberships: Annual & Lifetime memberships may be refunded if the refund request is made within 60 days of the initial purchase. For Lifetime Membership refunds made within this window, the refund amount will be reduced and prorated based on a monthly rate of $30. For example, if you request a refund on the same day of purchase through 30 days after purchasing an Annual or Lifetime Membership, one month’s usage ($30) will be deducted from your refund amount. If you request a refund on 31 – 60 days after purchasing an Annual or Lifetime Membership, two month’s usage ($60) will be deducted from your refund amount. No refunds will be granted after the 60-day window.

Academy and Author Services: There are typically no refunds on Academy courses and individualized Author Services. Please contact us if there are extenuating circumstances.

Refund Limit: A user is entitled to only one refund of a membership payment. Any subsequent requests for a refund will be denied.

Refund Process: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team (Email: [email protected]) and provide the details of your membership and proof of purchase. Refunds (if approved) will be issued using the original payment method.
